Since 1995 he has been involved in elite high performance including being the first official speed coach in the NFL with the NFL Carolina Panthers for eight years, worked with professional soccer teams in the USA, France, England, Canada, and Brazil, and provided mental performance & leadership training for NASCAR teams, colleges, NFL/MLB teams, Olympic Medalists, Fortune 100 Leaders, military, and more. He has now worked with over sixty Olympic Medalists, World Champions, National Champions, and more.
