Lead Pastor, Church Together

Born, raised, and educated in the United Kingdom, Andy married Tracie in 2000. They have two fantastic children, Bethany and Jonathan.

Andy has many years of significant pastoral and ministry experience and currently serves as the Lead Pastor of Church Together, a non-denominational congregation meeting in the heart of Casselberry that he helped found in 2014. The Church is committed to bringing people together around a relationship with Christ, in relationships with each other, and in partnerships that develop and transform our community. He is an established bridge-building leader who loves pulling people together to make an impactful difference around Central Florida.

Serving as the V/P of Ministries for Better Man Ministries, Andy provides leadership to a movement of men that in 2021 reached almost 300,000 men in every US state and 60 countries on six continents. This organization helps Andy express his passion that men can become “better men” in life’s most important roles.

Andy is the Team Chaplain for Orlando’s Major League Soccer Team, Orlando City, where he helps players and coaches become winners off the field and on it since the club’s formation.

He serves as the Chaplain within the Casselberry Police Department, through which he distributes care and compassion to law enforcement personnel and our local community and he also serves on the Casselberry Police Foundation Board.

Andy is a graduate of Leadership Seminole. He now serves on the Board of this organization and co-leads the annual Leadership Summit bringing together some of the county’s most dynamic leaders. He works to enhance the welfare of students in Seminole County, where he serves on the Equity & Equality Committee.

Locally he is the co-founder and co-host of popular, weekly Podcast What’s Up, Casselberry, which recently had its 10,000th download. In 2021 he was awarded “Citizen of the Year” by the Casselberry Police Department.

Andy values truth, diligence, integrity, commitment, and laughter and yearns for the Kingdom of God to come on earth as it is in heaven. Sacrifice and submission impress him, and people of hope and vision energize him.
